My last attemp is at pkns shah alam, spent almost 5hours - tak sempat. Then go putrajaya waiting almost 3 hours also - tak sempat. Then the staff at putrajaya said go utc keramat open till night. Go drive there and yup, passport siap within an hour.

Ps: tak sempat as they will kolos process at 430pm and continue the process next day.
