I really need to take this into consideration by next week, have to read this prospectus very carefully because, this stock is really overweight at 1.8 billion shares.

My rule of thumb is apply IPOs less than 800 million shares but maybe this counter is good for hit and run.

The P/E ratio is really high. In addition, noticed their financial year is really inconsistent.

Shares offer 4 sale is only 130m.Not that much and normal for small co.Why scares

Correct, just to add into my post before, the moratorium states that the other shares are locked up for 3 years. However, if we take this into consideration, Perak Transit only has 58 million versus 130 million. But then, we are also not factoring into private placement yet.

With this IPO.there is no private placement if I am not mistaken,rarely happen.

I think it depends whether if the bank releases the results early. That means, if it does not appear on the 30th then no way we will get the refund before the 3rd of January after 7pm, which will mean it will have been closed by then.
