Same seller, so it happened the same to me.
I called to 11street.my and lodged the complaint yesterday.
yes, they agreed that we are not supposed to make additional pay to the seller after the deal was made. So, after they clarified with the seller, they come back to me and suggest me to cancel the order and write an email for this entire story to them, their MD will take action to the seller.
What's your thought? Have they returned your call?

I don't want cancel the order by my site, if the seller want to cancel the order, they should be the one who cancel it. If I cancel by my site, it make me feel like I'm the one who don't want the items instead of the seller can't ship out the items because they want earn more.
I also found out another seller from gemfive sell the NES in RM259 but the buyer had already receive the NES. This make me more curious why only our seller cannot ship out the items.  mad.gif

I have yet to cancel my order as really feel unwilling to just cancel order like this.
