Had a horrible experience at 11st. Bought a "Kingston 32GB" thumb drive. It was a featured sale bought it. Cant copy can do anything with the freaking thing. Informed them, no reply still send official complaint. Only change was the shop thumdrive item was removed. not getting anything else from this sort of digital shop.
