usually people buy new car will chase the car plate few months geh. dont stop buying.

if your car plate is 1234, then u should at least buy

1234
4321

if got higher budget then 'bao' the carplate, 1big 1small.

Take ur car number. Write on paper. Say bao rm 50. Pay money boom win money. Super easy

Math speaking,
U divide 0 to 9999 into 10 sections
Mean each time u buy 1000 keping
Then u buy rm1 each
If 1000keping no kena,
Next draw u move to second section buy each rm2
Kena u see can cover ur prev loss o not
If can u move to buy prev section rm1 each
If cannot u buy next section rm3 each
