If what you say is true, what can be done? I'm using PAW now, and the default header-request settings are below?

Do I need to change any settings or is this the optimum one. What a country we are living in, I don't know how the average broadband user can tolerate this BS from screamyx.

thanks, still.. paw failed to remedy the prob, bt is still at a snail's pace of 1kb/s.
