I'm planning to buy Samsung NX Mini for gf's birthday present. I did some research and found this camera was released on 2014.
Thus, is this camera still consider good specification? Worth to buy?
Any idea about the price in market now?

QUOTE(Lone46 @ Jul 13 2016, 09:43 AM) Hi all, Investing in Samsung is equivalent to dumping money into sea now. Samsung has been so quiet in the market.I'm planning to buy Samsung NX Mini for gf's birthday present. I did some research and found this camera was released on 2014. Thus, is this camera still consider good specification? Worth to buy? Any idea about the price in market now? There are other yet better choices like Olympus E-PL7, Sony a5100, Fuji X-A2 which features larger sensor and more lens to choose from, or RX100 III with larger aperture lens. They come with flip screen so should satisfy selfie fest. This post has been edited by kingkingyyk: Jul 20 2016, 06:58 PM |

samsung has basically 'soft quit' the mirrorless market. if your camera is dmg during warranty period, there is not repair service (they closed down their camera department already in malaysia) they just "buy-back" (refund 60%) the camera.
if you wan something pretty, nikon1 (girls doesnt care specs) are pretty good choice with its tiny shape and colors. or the casio selfie thingie that cost a bomb. |

Wah. Seriously? Samsung really quit? Damn... The nx1 was very good.. A successor would have been a killer. It had almost everything..
