I have seen someone bump his own post with a non existing name before... like for example

"Thank you boyA for that offer"

So curious me search for "boyA" and then it doesn't even exist..... sweat.gif

So you have replied your customers PM with presumably "I don't quite understand your question" and then felt compelled to post in your thread the same thing, and to inform him he has a PM from you.

So which part of indirect bump did you not understand? You have answered his question in your reply to him and thus your post would be reasonably assumed to be "with the intention of bringing up your thread whilst not answering any question in particular or providing any additional information."
