most of the time, i saw almost stand still traffic start from okr to NPE around 8am.

Is it? I thought its around 918k and after rebate going for 870k. That was during the launching, not sure how's the price like now. Don't tell me they further drop the price again.

Yea. I was at the launching, after rebate is RM 870k.
However, the dealbreaker is the poles supporting the house. Im not convinced.

Haha! Exactly, it's elevated land and it's pretty close to high tension cable. Design wise really not bad.

I believe "20 min sure reach MV" is an overstatement. 30 min is more realistic, based on my own experience of traveling from OUG to MV on every weekday (with an exception of Tuesday, which could turn out to be the worst among the weekdays sometimes... just don't know why) biggrin.gif

OUG to MV is different from Citizen/Dsand to MV cause they can use Jalan Kampung Pasir which can skip large part of jammed road.

Of cause sometime have exceptional but not everyday.

Any feedback on D'sands? I remember viewing the showroom last year.
Quite surprised that they are still units for sale.
