what's the charges?is it applies to all telcos company is Malaysia...
only skype callphones have to pay right...
for other services is free right?

Skype 3.1 is currently a beta version.

but this not a new thing. Skype utilizes p2p connections for a long time already (i.e. supernodes) to connect calls.

what is different in the 3.1 beta?

Skype has all along used PCs which have enough bandwidth and porous access port restrictions to function as supernodes to allow those behind proxies and firewalls to poke through and make calls.
