Anyone else having this issue?

Plus my wife complain camera quality is ugly after the first update. Not gonna try the second update if it really got issue.

No i dont have any issues. Clean your cache through device maintenance and do a restart.

Oh. Good for u.

After half an hour googling, the US samsung support forum said to disable Google app. Tried it and now okay. The Google app seems not compatible with the new 7.0 update.

That is absurd...releasing an update but got one app not support.

I just claim warranty for my 11 month old phone...
Yippee.... they change screen, motherboard and charger slot
Its unfortunate that all my data cannot be save.
But i got a near to new phone...
Hopefully, it still relevant when Oreo come...

p/s: I do feel a better Nougat experience with the factory reset thumbup.gif

Loving the phone a lot ! I can game and surf / youtube / social media / editing pictures or videos at the same time with splitscreen that has been more reliable with 7.0 update.

Loving the news on Oreo updates too.

Fantastic phone.

This is the one I updated... and faced the issue "System UI has stopped" plus black screen. Lol.


Now, already reset the phone to factory setting. Samsung support was clueless.

I also just changed my A9 pro motherboard because it always disconnect to DiGi networks while I am driving. may I know what problem to your phone needed to be repaired.

I also got no issue same as monocle wife. Just regularly, the system ask permission to start the new programme such as game mode, always on voice mode and etc

I do got problem with digi data currently which I usually switch to airplane mode and swtich it back. I wonder if its related to motherboard or just digi. hmm.gif nevermind that

I send for warranty before because of water related problem. Although it specifically mention that problem is not under warranty, but they still consider the repair for free since the amount of water is little and still able to repair thumbsup.gif
They complete the repair in about 2 hours. thumbup.gif

I did and after some screen off time (2-5mins) got "system ui has stopped". Restart the phone I managed to change the theme to the original Samsung and it was OK.

Then hand itchy change to another theme now i got "system ui has stopped" straight after boot up. Need to reset phone cry.gif . So it could be theme/wallpaper issue.

So you got same problem with me but after changing motherboard the problem is still there,  I "Pening" already with this problem and I call Digi  now I m waiting DiGi for this matter
