well if u didn't exp it... this few weeks since the Taiwan earthquake... seems tat TMNut Shittix has blocked torrent trackers, peers, whoever watever linked to torrent clients... 2 probable reasons are:
1) reduce network traffic
2) some stupid political anti piracy campaign crap...
so by using this proxy connection... we at least get 1-5kb/s rather than connecting all day/week/year long without anything downloaded... u can boost ur download speed wif CFOSpeed(highly recommended) and use virtual server/port forwarding(recommended by others) in ur router...

ok now... i've double checked again... my problem is that most of the trackers are "working" condition, but there's like 1000+seeds 3000+peers but i can connect to NONE of them... so... is this out of topic already?

conf is a folder inside the PAW folder ler... sweat.gif there's a file called server.xml... right click and click open with... then open with notepad... tat's where u can change the port number and admin user name and password...

haha... from wat i understand it's juz temporary... but then due to the speed increase in normal web surfing... i doubt it... if TMNut Shityx(I named our ISP so cuz they are basically a nut shell full of Shiiiitt vmad.gif ) have any brains... they should realize tat most of us subscribe to their service for 2 big reasons which are:
1) gaming
2) torrents

hm... hmm.gif it seems tat paw doesn't work for me... now it seems tat all my cursings and swearings towards TMNut Shityx worked n now getting atleast 2kbps... but then only 4 out of 10 of my torrents are connected to peers... tat's not good enough... vmad.gif
