if you don't want to use PAW, you can always resort to a simple perl script such as :

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

you will need to get HTTP-Proxy from CPAN

If you do not have perl installed, get ActuvePerl (http://www.activeperl.com/) Then go to http://search.cpan.org/~book/HTTP-Proxy-0....b/HTTP/Proxy.pm and then download HTTP-Proxy-0.20.tar.gz. Extract it and browse to <extracted dir>\HTTP-Proxy-0.20\lib copy the HTTP directory and paste it at c:\perl\lib .

OR( The easy noob proof way)

Alternatively (or for lazy people), you can download this exe version of the perl script at : http://rapidshare.com/files/15572602/UserAgentProxy.rar.html

just Extract and run UserAgentProxy.exe . that should do it

The bittorrent settings is pretty much the same:

some tracker rejects normal internet browser's user agents.
try using a non-standard user agent.
