Hi all, I'm new in this post here but was a reader for some time (2 years).
I was also affected by the 'throttling' over utorrent just this few days.
Today was worse (0) and I googled around looking for help and I chanced upon this software.

Just log in to say thanks to Silverhawk.

I downloaded Paw from the first page and ran the startserver.bat.
Then I open up utorrent and enter the recommended port settings, and I am DL'ing average 55k even though all from tmnut users.

Tor doesnt work this well or maybe I have the settings wrong.
