it is very easy. PAW require java, i suppose if you ever used azureus you have java jre installed. if not go get it.
PAW is a sourceforge project (open sauce! yum!) unzip PAW into folder. look for the conf edit:FOLDER. edit the "headers-request" file so it looks like :

double-click "startServer.bat" and you should see a cmd window with some words in it. do not close this window!
change your bt client to use proxy 127.0.0.1 and port 8080.
double-click "startGUI.bat" and if you havent change admin password you should auto login. click on the "eye" icon to look at the logs.
it should be working. i dont use bitcomet so i dunno anything about it, sorry. i suggest utorrent because it is working for me.

I've followed everything you posted, but the server log stated a 404 error... anything i can do about that? I've tried restarting the client as well.
