If one computer is running it, just get the other computer to connect to it. Only one PC on the LAN needs to run this.

Just use the IP of the computer that's running the proxy.

Comp1 : 192.168.2.101 (Running Paw)
Comp2 : 192.168.2.102

In Comp2's BT torrent use "192.168.2.101" instead of "localhost".

Something is wrong with your JAVA or you have some faulty memory. Its a problem on your side, not on the proxy software.
