I learnt how to swim a year ago. Since then I swim almost everyday and  so addicted to it now. It has improved everything:- snoring problem, heart rate, stamina, and my sex life.

i'd vote for swimming over jogging. less risk on injury and whole body workout. just that u have to spend many laps to had a good result.

Yup, definitely a better cardio aerobic exercise than jogging.
Swimming use mostly all your body muscle to work compare to jogging. Water add resistance to your movement, therefore more effort for your muscles, heart and lung, help to improve lung capacity, muscle endurance and increase stamina overall. Swimming also has less impact on the joints. Normally jogging has more impact on the body joints that can lead to early stage of osteoarthritis or other common injuries compare to swimming.
