why we can't preview post when we using file, attachment?

I think mods should have corrected this problem this so that
-user don't accidentally put something that wasn't meant to see to public -it also make it easier to edit your post when you know what you gonna post any idea when preview post for attachment files gonna implement here in this forum? |

Speaking about attachment, I noticed images attachments won't show in quoted posts, rather they show as text. Is this intended?
