As far i know honda is using tong to pump the oil to your car like some of here mentioned. Have a look at your receipt, they should charge you the exact amount of oil your car is used, rather than charge a 4L oil but use 3L.

Just done my service, they replaced my battery, they said if I changed outside before then need the letter, else they will change it.

Btw anyone using the premium engine oil from Honda? 0-30w compared with normal 0-20w. I thought better oil normally thinner wan?
