This is bad, went 1k service this morning and now engine temperature showing red indicator instead of usual blue...called SC n they say will call bak

sending car back to SC tmr...the engine temperature still showing red when start engine even after 2 hours...is this normal? coz 1st time red, every time i start engine was blue
