guys how is city s+ interior? any different from e spec?

Guys do your coolent level remain or will drop?
I own this car 1year sharp... I went to service on April timing for 2nd service and bought a coolent to top up cause it show below the blue dot (blue dot is max) it show half level.. So I topped up till the blue dot area..
Today out of sudden I go and check and found out it at the previously old level at April timing which is half of the tank indicator... I mean the plastic outside tank... Radiator Show full, as overflow or not enough it only will utilise the plastic tank

how long is waiting time for city x?
