Some info from Dark_Alex side-kick; Mathieulh:
QUOTE ok a little update on 3.50. It will be a little more difficult to code a 3.50OE because SCE changed the prx format those are now elfs marked as 0 sections. This means that current tools cannot disassemble those and thus it will be harder to reverse, we need to get ourselves complying tools before going on. We will keep you updated of any progress. By the way Alex is currently taking exams so he is busy, don't expect a 3.50OE within the next few days. |

QUOTE(zal @ Jul 13 2007, 11:33 AM) Dark_Alex goes straight to custom firmware v3.51 OE This is old news already. So let's kick off with the bad news first, v3.50 OE firmware for the PSP will never be completed. Now onto the good news, Dark_Alex will directly build v3.51 OE instead, the latest firmware version. The firmware should also feature 100% no-UMD emulation taken from maxconsole!! |

QUOTE(Lakum @ Jul 14 2007, 10:23 PM) Yeah, it's real. I just downgraded my 3.50 PSP and upgraded to 3.51 M33. Works like a charm! Now I can access my PS3 with my PSP from anywhere in the world. |

I have decided that this will be the end of PSP Homebrew Discussion thread.
Discussion on homebrew applications is kinda slow these days. Most people are concentrating too much on custom firmware and downgrading. So, for those who still have question on homebrew, please use the following threads instead: Link: PSP Community | V10 Link: Sony PlayStation Portable for Beginners And, PLEASE remember that forum guidelines is still applied: No ISO discussion, No troubleshooting on ISO problem and anything related to it. Please use PM to ask from other users or use any other alternatives (Google, etc) I will be watching closely both threads for any rules violation. |
