It all depends:
1) If that person uses an official Sony firmware and buy UMD's = 100%
2) If that person uses custom firmware and download games = 50%
3) If that person needs some money to get the PSP Slim = 50%
4) If that person knows about the pandora battery and knows how to make 1 = 0%
5) If that person cherishes everything he/she had and keeps for collection = 0%
6) If it's a partial-brick ( still able to get into Recovery) = 50%
7) If it's a full- brick = 100% ( And you're an idiot if you buy that)
8) If that person still have his/her warranty = 80%

functions in what terms? 1.5 kernel only needed for homebrew application. other official application is working fine. just be careful when flashing anything to flash0 as it might brick your slim psp.

yes, its not stable yet at least for now..

just wait for few months... they soon want to implement 2.xx kernel into slim so homebrew developer can develop homebrew based on 2.xx kernel not into 1.5 kernel anymore. just wait and see.. sweat.gif

not stable? there's small amount of homebrew that run on 1.50 kernel.
i saw on youtube a guy launching all homebrew that we currently use and know.
eg. snes,n64,gba emulators all running fine.
