Yes, you can. There's more than 1 way to kill a chicken.
But apparently the HEND downgrader is an old method, more people favour
2.80 now for some unknown reason.

btw, downgrading a non ta-082 from 271 uses HENC.

btw, i don't believe in stable/not stable 1.5.
That's a load of BS. If you look properly when you're downgrading, it erases every file in flash and installs a fresh copy of the firmware. It's not removing only the "updated" files like what everyone thinks.
