users DO take higher risks of bricking their psp.

if u guys just reformatted ur sticks. no need to format once more
to upgrade IMO. some users like me, the files are pretty all over the place
and yeah, it does kinda in some way. farked up my psp.
like, unable to boot psp with the stick on, corrupted data.
corrupted directories maybe?
and yeah, i didnt even touch these files. after format. its fixed.

just wanna share this with u guys.

yup, i personally did the same thing as you did.
but this is an extra precaution if u wanna lower the risk.

i dont think u can get a brick from flash1 corruption.
if ur flash1 corrupts it'll prompt a blue error screen
to fix it. flash0 semi-corrupt u'll get red

true, DISABLE the "no umd". inside the recovery menu.
to gain access. by completely shut down ur psp.
then hold the power button until a blue screen came up.
go inside configuration. then make sure its disabled.
then insert the umd. then try boot it up.

you need a psx converter.
it'll convert the files into an eboot.pbp.
i think most converters supports .img, correct?
so, u just convert the files and dump it inside ms0:/psp/game
and ur good to go.

why certain ppl having this problem?
me, myself never experienced this once.
DJM1 and DJM2. all running fine under compression.

err.. u can easily get the bios over torrent.
place them in the same folder as the app.
man, you should read the readme.
dont just zoom pass the notes. read little by little.
then u will find it.

there's a software which lets you convert any video files into PMF files.
1.35? inside the eboot? why would it brick?. not like its in bedded inside flash0.

but blue screen huh.. try reset settings to default and try again.

corrupted flash1 is safe, it'll be fix every time you see the blue screen.
yeah i think, since recovery is inside flash0.

to downgrade?, that is impossible. highest currently is at 3.03
