How to decompress my audio?

Hi , recently i've downloaded a video which got two audio outputs. But when i try to adjst left/right channel ..the audio still come out with two sounds. i've tried using Sony Sound Forge, Audio Edit Magic to strip/decompress the audio..but i still cant find the solution. Or maybe im noob of using those softwares. Sifus..i need some faithful helps. Thank Q so much!

you mean, there are two different language in that movie but unfortunately both channel have both language. The encoder did not separate the channel properly
I dont think you can separate something that already mixed. I dont know

I dont know yah..it's been mixed...i can hear two audios.... it's irritating to listen two audios at the same time.. any other ways to solve it ?
