I've obtain this uMobile internet service back to year 2010 due to unlimited internet and good price.
But I forgot what's the actual plan cuz many years ago.
After using 3 month, they billed me RM20k, 15k and 3rd months 2-3k.
I went to their outlet at Times Square and the staff/officer there told me there's billing
error and they did not reverse it. So I just need to pay whatever outstanding as per monthly bill
(EG: RM58 package x 3)
After few months, they still sending me and chase for the outstanding of RM30-40k.
The bill mentioned that I've used few hundred GB of internet so that was the charges.
But the plan I choose was few GB and unlimited with max of the few GB. (like normal telco did)
How is that possible they can go wrong on this?
And I'm blacklisted. I went to their outlet again and their staff seems like NOOB and unable
to settle my matters and just told me to ignore it and they will settle it.
After that I settle all the SHOULD PAY outstanding and I left. They told me to LEAVE IT.
After few years, now I want to apply TELEKOM and they told me I'm blacklisted by uMobile !!!!
WTF AFTER SO MANY YEARS THEY HAVENT SETTLE THIS??????????????
I FORGIVE THEM FOR NEW TELECOMMUNICATION WITH NOOB INTERNAL CONTROL AND SYSTEM.
BUT NOW !!!! 2016 still black list me !!!!!!
SHOULD I SUE THEM????????????????????? MOFO !!!!!!!!!!!!!
