As I continue my venture away from the touristy path of Penang, the exploration of the charming island opens up new possibilities as I put on my urban explorer hat to go deep into Penang's set of low-cost apartments. And for those who dare to take the ascent, the high floors of these easily accessible housing units also hold a rather sweet reward - the most gorgeous seaview best admired during the golden hours of sunset.
