i'm gonna post some result here as requested by yehlai

as of 31st jan 2007, i already setup my new system.

Processor - Intel E4300 with stock HSF
Mainboard - Asrock 775Dual-Vsta with bios v2.40
RAM - Corsair Value Select DDR2 667 1gig
GC - ATI 9600 Pro (agp)

stock factory clock - 9 x 200 = 1.8ghz
new OC clock - 9 x 290 = 2.61ghz

updated stress test with orthos blend for 4 hours. stable. idle temp 40c. full load temp 53c-55c. this temp using Hmonitor. if use Core Temp then 4c lower.

quite satisfied with this oc coz using cheap mobo. wanna test the board limit but quite bz now.... but from other forum, this board limit is around 300. with vmod the highest i read is 318fsb...

i bought the e4300 at viewnet. rm614. stated price rm604 but have to add rm10 coz buy proc only.

my mobo have both agp and pcie. but pcie speed only 4x. also have both ddr and ddr2. the chipset is VIA(R) PT880 Pro/Ultra.

u dont wanna buy this board if ur into overclock. but it is a great board if u still have all those old but reliable things (Kingston HyperX ddr ram, 6600GT agp gc) or if u dont really have much money to buy all things at the same time, like me . took me 6 months planning to setup this new system..
