hi guys...i'm a bit out of touch with CPU stuffs alr...wanna ask...how does the clocks and multipliers work for C2D ... FSB is 1066 and core speed is 1.86ghz (E6300)...multiplier is 7...

I remember for P3 it used to be simple where FSB X Multiplier = Clock speed.... 100 FSB x 5.5 = P3 550mhz...but C2D i dont understand how it works...anyone care to explain to the newbie ? hehehe

vCore is 1.325 la dude...  sweat.gif lolz i scared tht guy fry his new proc if use 3.25v. Nid P.M him fast b4 he OC.
Edit:
Not much different. Your E6300 stock is 266fsb x 7multiplier = 1866 or 1.866GHz
If u over clock by increasing the fsb to 400fsb, it will be 400fsb x 7multiplier = 2.8GHz.
The stock vCore is 1.325v, vDimm= 1.8v

Ignore tht, just adjust the fsb. Stock reading should be 266.
