as long as principal amount not affect customer hav nth to complain

No la, small amt in GIA-i, left one. Before that around 100k for the USD purchase, which was done last week. GIA-i only for temporary funds.

For 0.5% drop, 1 mil is RM5k per year. cry.gif

already 2 times. 1 after OPR cut, and yesterday dry.gif

Just hope they honor the 12 mth one and don't change it. Still have 2 mths to go, 6% rate.
