I knew there is a 30 minutes waiting time to be recorded.

So I purchased one in the morning. One in the evening. Only the first one recorded.

2nd day did the same. Also the first one recorded.

So if anyone has this issue also or if anyone know if shopback now only allow for 1 order a day ?

FYI. 11street is between buyer and seller. The 11street itself and the CS cannot do much if the seller send wrong items / lower grade items and wont admit.

Lazada at least has a 7/14 days return policy. Anything goes wrong, can inform Lazada.

I recently have 2 situations, one 11street, one Lazada. Can see the total difference there.

Lazada sent you wrong item, you untung.

Last month bought shampoo sold by Lazada. Instead received 4 boxes of Nescafe Dolce Gusto. Inform Lazada to collect back.

They asked me to keep the coffee. And sent me a rm20 voucher.

My shampoo was rm17. The coffee is 4xrm25.
