Update for my case:
Skynet is still keeping mum, no answer, no calls, no apology from them, nothing. I contacted the merchant and they agreed to issue another unit. Picked up the unit at Lowyat Plaza today and the PIC (Mr. Lee), a friendly and helpful guy did a good job on supporting me + issued a new unit. He said for the past 3-4 weeks, there are around 4-5 units of TV had been missing from SKYNET!

As of now, the tracker in Skynet is still showing as "Departed to HUB", same status since 15/07.

Guys, be careful if your items are shipped out with Skynet as the delivery company. You have to continuously check for the status and if there's a gap, contact the customer service(even though nothing much they could help, kinda useless) and report it to merchant. Try to resolve it with the merchant instead of going to GEMfive directly.

Hi currently eyeing for Redmi Note 3 Pro 3GB ram version.

After comparing the price between Gem5 and Lazada, I see gem5 voucher discount more than Lazada could provide. It's my first time buying from Gem5 though, usually from Lazada.  Any trustable or reliable dealer that you guys usually buy phone at? I had posted the same thing on Redmi Note 3 Pro thread in Android there, so far no one reply me yet, thought that I could try my luck here.

I think I wanna try the MI max becos of great experience with note 3 pro.

its SLOW

been purchasing through lelong and 11street and owaz the next day got tracking code.

bought on wed, until today, still acknowledged only.

gemfive wont be my 1st choice...

for me, 11street and lelong.. more or less same but sometimes seller post on the same day and get the item the next day.
