Yeah, that's a good prove if they show via email, and do some screenshot.
You always right to get refund via the same way you pay. If pay cant, refund via cash, and so on.
With some term & condition of course. Other than that, we're bound to their t&c.

1. Their cancellation policy is referring to the order cancel request by the seller, is not apply to the order being cancel by them due to seller's negligence.
2. My gemfive's account is created long time ago which this policy not yet implement. Meaning I did not bounce to this policy when I signing account with gemfive.

can, the credit can use as cash............you still can apply voucher code, the balance amount can offset by store credit
