Im confused now, i actually register this account a few years back when I was at the bangunan maybank at bangsar when my friend was paying etiqa insurance. I just went into the room and tell them i want to buka cds account.
Recently i got interested in stocks and went to a maybank equity centre in my town and i went to ask how to trade, i told the fella who identified himself as a nominee that i already register account in Bangsar, i showed him the docs and he teach me how to go online and activate the account.
After that he tell me that the account i hold is cash account and he asked me to register nominee account (smf)which is the one he is in charge. He said it charges more at 0.6 and 0.42 if I traded with him but he handles all the dividend punya paperwork and etc. So i ma register another account with, but i didn't use this smf account to trade stocks.
The account i use to trade which is the original one i register in bangsar charges 0.42 online so i am curious now. According to your picture I am charged a non margin (nominee cds). I put 10k, it says my trading balance is 30k wor. But I am allowed to trade maybank leh. My trading acc no starts with AD.
Attached is the remisier reply to me, sorry phone rosak cannot prt screen so took pic with another device.

As far as I know, nominee account will charge slightly higher because you buy stocks under their name (e.g maybank investment something like that), and thy will handle all the paperworls for your behalf.
Direct account needs upfront cash, slightly less charge but all paperworks had to handle yourselves.
Try approach any maybank investment rep then ask them again. See what they reply.
