hi, may i know what's it mean by CUP and DUP in maybank online trading.
As i read through their glossary, i still cannot get it.
http://www.maybank2u.com.my/mbb_info/m2u/p...NV-Investment#F
and now i received the msg where there is a purchase for me which i had entered a deal for the past 3 days. and the payment type is CUP.
If let's say i am not settled it, will the deal cancel, that's all?
please help
Thanks.
CUP - money already assigned to the order ... a safer option . SO ALWAYS USE CUP. ... like money upfront. As i read through their glossary, i still cannot get it.

DUP - money not assigned , you may or may not have enough money in your account.
