Tried until I gave up. Still only IE works for me.
Otherwise, use the trading app - surprisingly quite ok (not laggy) to make trades, but don't expect anything extra.

i think there's a lot of applications right now.
i applied first week august, everything ready and able to trade on final week of Sept - so around 7-8 weeks.

i did send "friendly" greetings/reminders to the person in charge every week lol...
