I have not been able to sign on to Maybank2u for a few days now. I narrow down the problem cause to the ip address that I am getting from Streamyx. Even since I am given ip range 175.144.xxx.xxx, I can't sign on to Maybank2u, it's as if this ip range has been banned. That is my guess, coz when I use the same system to connect using dialup (dial 1315), I was able to access to Maybank2u. The ip address with dialup connection is other than 175.144 range lah. But dialup connection is slow so I still not able to do much as the pages loads very very slowly.
I have reported this to Streamyx, just wonder if there is anyone else having problem accessing to Maybank2u, and using the same ip range? Going to other banks web site is no problem at all. This is rather incovenient to me since I use Maybank2u for online trading. |

QUOTE(dororo @ May 12 2014, 04:37 PM) Taken from Maybank FAQ I am also trading through M2U and transfer between Premier saving account (this is the bank account Maybank needed to open when I open trading account). I have never been charge RM5 so far (I have use this for many years). My guess is that the RM5 may be only applied for purely bank account, but not apply when it is open for trading purposes. You can call Maybank to confirm. 3. Do I have to pay any fees? There are no more autosweep and subscription fees, only a fee of RM5 per month to enjoy the benefits of Maybank Premier 1. However if your daily balance is more than RM50,000, this monthly fee will be waived. Source: http://www.maybank2u.com.my/mbb_info/m2u/p...d=FACC-Accounts That's why i am curious when RM5 is not charged for Premier 1 Account. Anyway it doesn't make sense to charge the RM5, they will immediately lose clients if they do that. |

QUOTE(helloapple @ Nov 9 2015, 01:14 PM) i found solution, you may follow these steps: Thanks for your steps above, it solved my problem too. I always has problem not able to access and read the reserarh articles in M2U trading platform. It will always puts me back to M2U's login page. After following your steps above, I'm able to access the Research articles online. In your IE11(delivered with win 10), goto Tool->Compatibility View Setting->Add maybank2u.com.my website. then 1. My Computer 2. Local Disk © 3. Program Files 4. Internet Explorer 5. Iexplorer - right click 6. Run as administrator The only other that annoys me a lot is the idle time allowed which is quite short and gets logoff when not actively accessing the the login sessions. Anyway, thanks you for sharing the tips. Happy trading. |

Anyone find it annoying that M2U trading platform's idling time is too short? One gets log off very fast, sometimes like just less than 5 minutes away from the computer.
Any solution? |
