Maybank Share Margin Financing , the interest rate p.a?

if i put 50k in this account i will have 150k trading limit.

what if i bought 140k value of shares, during t3 do i need to top up cash 90k to pick up all the shares or it will auto pick up using 90k of credit with interest?
