Why am i paying RM28 minimum?? sweat.gif

anyway, besides the 0.42% broker, there are :
1) contract stamp of RM X (based on your share price u paid, eg, u paid RM 4500 then u need to pay rm5 (rm4.5round-up))
2) clearing fee of 0.03%

Hi Guys,
I am new to M2U Online Stocks as well as to the stock market.

I placed a request for MAS shares at 0.305 last night and the order was confirmed this morning at 830am. However now it's almost 3pm and the status is still "Order Confirmed".

The price has dorpped to .305 several times throughout the day but the stauts has not changed to "order matched".

How come? I hope its not a stupid question sad.gif

Look froward to soem replies
Thanks

Crow.

You want to buy MAS at 0.305, others might also want to buy at 0.305, so when it dropped, there is a queuing system, others might be in front of you. Hence their order is taken first. Unless it drops to below that, than you can be sure that everybody that que at 0.305 has been sold and it should have been cleared.

Mobile trading can only be done using IPAD and Iphone. Does other brokings firm do better than Maybank on mobile trading. Thinking to switch to CIMB. Any advise?

1 lot is equal to 100 shares. U can buy any volume as long as u can keep double zero at the back. 17000,17300, 300 all valid one

Hi guys, I am new in stock trading laugh.gif Need some clarification. rclxub.gif

What is the difference between the nominee account and direct account?? what is the pros and cons??

What is the process of trading with Maybank?? Any minimum cash upfront deposit to the trading account?? Does the trading account sync with my saving account (means selling share's money will transfer to my saving account)?

Maybank Trading 0.1% brokerage fee or minimum RM8. Quite  actractive offer.

R U sure of this ? cos I just call Maybank and they told me online trading with any Maybank investment bank brokarage is 0.1% or RM12, whichever is higher.
If this is the case, then for small value trades, using remisier is cheaper which charge maybe 0.7%, e.g. for 1 lot of RM2 share, total value is RM200, so remisier charge RM1.40 but Maybank will charge RM12. Is this correct ?
