QUOTE(ahming888 @ Jan 13 2010, 09:51 PM) i open a Maybank online stock Cash account, just because it is 0.1% brokerage rate. Today receive the contract note(buy) and find out that brokerage rate still 0.42% for my recent transaction. Is it anything wrong? Or because i sell the share before payment done? You will get the rebate on the 10th of every month in the form of "Online stock incentive".

I dont think there is much of troublesome. Just fill in a form, (I e-mail the counter I want to transfer) and the shares will be in the CDS account you want one day more than the normal cds to cds. Maybank will charge you rm20 for each counter. Everything seem to be paid extra.... dividend cheque charge rm2.50, share transfer charged rm20... share transferin/out takes one day extra.... bonus/rights/dividend payment will appear in our account one day later. actually i think most online stock investing transaction did not gone thru remisier so there's basically no remisier anymore, at least for the cheap online fees. if going thru remisier, minimum fees would be RM40 if i'm not mistaken.. even Maybank's remisier isn't remisier after all, they are Maybank's employee hired to handle account opening/closing issue, customer service, etc. or perhaps advice you on stock..

It is still the same as Maybank extended the "online stock incentive" rebates until March 2010 (if I'm not mistaken, heard it from another forumer).

Should be rm2.50 flat for each dividend credited to your account. Are we on same subject? Sorry if I got the wrong message.
