I have some observation on this one. Previously in 2015, I can do IBFT from Maybank to Ambank CC. But not sure start from when in this year, I can't do IBFT to Ambank CC anymore.

Until today, I am just using Giro from Maybank to Ambank CC. I do not have Ambank Saving/Current account, so I am commenting this based on my Ambank CC experience only.

Yes, it was 60k. I applied mine last year and it was 60k. I guess they just revised.

Is not the credit limit or any debt issue, is the officer issue. He doesn't even want to submit my application. All that he say is I'm holding too many credit cards, so he doesn't want to submit.
If my application is submitted for processing, then rejected, credit limit issue or debt issue, I'll accept it, because I seriously did have a lot of credit cards and approval is based on bank's decision, the thing here is that d*mn bank officer doesn't want to submit it.
I've called AMbank previously, they say that the only way to submit application is via bank branch not email or fax. No choice.

Just tell them without PIN and can sign. Do it all the time when I travel to China. Not an issue at all. There's a problem that small cities may not accept overseas cards. I have no issue using all the time in Beijing and Shanghai. However, I had issues with Chengdu, Chongqing and Yunnan because they don't accept overseas cards at all.

The revised rules are not specific about this, but on the basis that supplementary cards have entitlement, would suggest yes, every card used for entry will need to satisfy the spend requirement
