Guys, how to know credit card application status? I have submitted the form to Ambank Branch Agent last week. I have no idea how the status for the application .

I also submitted the application last 2 week.
Then the person in charge just called me to submitted the latest epf statement last friday.
Now waiting application approve.
Actually in between, I have made few call to them for application status .
By the way, how you submit your application? Email?

I have made a call just now. They approved my application yesterday and will deliver the cc to the nearest branch .
Probably will get the cc this week or next week.
You can try to call them and ask how the status .
My cc approved without msg/email me.

Ya, true. You can try to call again tmr. If CS personnel told you that your card is approved, then you have to wait 2-3 days for delivery.
I just got mine today

I applied for platinum Visa & master. I really don't care about CL, I use for ppl.
If you are new customer, they will send to nearest branch otherwise should be send to your home address.

Ya, I got both cards at the same time . I have no idea why they only give either 1, suppose can apply for both if you have meet their requirement. You try to apply for both if not you have to prepare the documents every time you submit the application.

Yesterday I went to the branch for asking pledge fd to apply cc.
for wc o VI min RM50k.

I have no problem for pin change. Today morning received temporary pin, and I managed changed the pin at subang terminal atm machine in the evevning..Maybe you can tried different atm machine..Shouldn't be technical problem...

This what i got :
1. Go to branch and ask their staff that you want pledge fd for cc. Then they will give a form for you to fill in & submit to them.
2. Not sure how many working days but they will inform you and give you a letter that your certificate with them.
3. You need to fill in cc application and submit to them. The rest you need to wait for your cc .
The credit limit is based on how much you pledge.

For FD interest, I have no idea.

I am not apply cc by pledge FD but I asked this to cs.
For Gold card is RM5000, Infinite & world is RM50000.
Credit limit is based on how much you pledge.

Still available, I just used it yesterday.. 10% for gold card & 15% for platinum above..

Guys, is the ambank changes the term & condition for starbucks promotion?
Just now I got a free tall beverage when reload RM100.00 for the starbucks card.
If yes, then is a good news for starbucks kaki with ambank card.

Anyone notice that ambank has removed 3 ppl: Langkawi, KLIA 2 (Level 2M & Green Market).
No more free meal without boarding pass.
