Guys, wanna ask, when u guys applied via email right, do u send all the info one shot together with the filled application form or write in to enquire first? I wrote to them telling them that I'm interested to get the visa signature from them and asked for the step to submit documents since last week and they don't seems to bother to reply me.

Guys, roughly how long to get the physical card from the day u get to know the application is successful via hotline?
