Went to uniqlo again. Swiped for 59 even though not eligible for min 80, no 8 digit. Walk another round, and swiped for 129, get a single 8 digit biggrin.gif

Not bad, but I rather they differentiate their product offers..maybe VS as pure CB cards to compete with PBB VS, MBB VS..

I am foresee that the PPL benefits will be truncated sooner or later as it is not sustainable. That is what happen to MBB VS, Citibank PM VS..

Call customer service. When you emailed your application, there will be an acknowledgement email, so they would be able to check what happen and why the delay.

The link at the Ambank website is broken at the moment.

Hopefully this is not a sign that they are tinkering the feature.

haha sometimes i think cybpsych is a bot. Not only he gathers promotion, he even know who posted what and when!

on the 8 digits promotion, out of all my successful swipes, only 1 received an sms saying that '8 digit has been spotted on your recent purchase and continue to swipe more bla bla bla'.

Is this sent out randomly just as marketing tool or it means only that swipe gets the CB?

Not yet. Last time I inquired about it, so should be by this or coming month. Yours is earlier as you got yours much earlier than mine.

You are right, just my frustration getting the better of me. If anything, they're guilty of shitty service.

If you ask me, seems like it was lost in delivery. Call up CS and ask for the date it was delivered.

One of my supp card was also delayed when everyone was applying for Ambank card due to the sign up cashback promo.

Try to get their officer or superior to speak and follow up with you. You need to establish first whether it has been sent out or not.

Since you have exhausted your options, tell them to get their manager to contact you within a certain date or you shall escalate this to BNM.

If you have some FD with them, you can use it as a leverage. After I manage to speak to their superior, I basically tell them that I gonna withdraw all my FD if they are unable to provide me with a solution within a certain time frame.

My supp received an sms stating the CB amount received for the 8 digit content (month of june). This is for one of the eligible transaction. It will be reflected in next statement. Other transactions still no sms, including one with double 8.
