Just got off the phone with a (SUPER HELPFUL) CS. She said my card was just sent out last week via normal mail. And sometimes the PIN can arrive quicker, as its 2 different departments processing and sending the PINs and new cards.

So I just have to wait 5 working days or so before calling again.

Applied for WMC but only got approved of VS.
Guess I'd missed the boat..

haven't got any statement yet, but the online statement does not state the actual foreign currency paid, but the myr amount only....and does not state the statement date....

for the "free for life" infinite and world cards, there is actually an annual fee of rm688 plus gst, which is then automatically reversed....fyi

Great. However, I think it applies to all cards so long using JomPay. I'm going to use my AEON cards though, haven't been logging in to AmOnline for some time.

Used my Ambank B1F1 app for the first time at a dining outlet, the Daily Grind in Bangsar.

Was very good value for 2 triple decker burgers. Paid RM45 including taxes and burgers were huge. Initially thought I would never use the app, but now may return and also try a few places.

Anyone else used the app and any recommendations?

Hello all,
that day i called CS to check the SMS alert for CC transaction. Accordingly to the CS, it was set RM1000 by default and it cannot be changed to lower amount.
i have other bank CC .e.g. HLB where i can set the SMS alert as low as RM1.00.
do you guys have this issue?

Yes, problem with AmBank but I was told it's RM 500.

AMBANK 10x points for groceries. 5m bonus points every month for the next 12 months.

Nope... AmBank memang doesn't have such feature.

Ahh. I noticed that the hardcopy booklet DOESN'T have Ma Maison Tonkatsu, but the app has it.

How many times can you use the app "vouchers"? I notice there are 3 - does it mean can redeem 3 times?

Not sure but I think you can try, is there any minimum for SMS trigger that set by BNM?
