Just to understand it correctly, ambank will charge the card holder rm599 by end of the first year (anniversay) if you don't use the card or didnt spend 3OK? What if we cancel the card after 6 months getting the card, will they still charge us $599?

if the first year annual year is waived. bank will no charge u if u only use the card for 6 months,

most of the bank will allow u no to pay the annual fee charged to your card when u cancel the card with condition no tx after annual fee charged.

Sorry, actually I'm referring to the complimentary Hilton membership card. Is it that the bank will charge ambank WMC holders for the membership fee even for 1st year if we cancel the card within 6 months?

Just found out that one needs to enrol for the Hilton membership then only the T&C will be in force.
The membership is not auto given / enrolled upon credit card approval.
Which means we can still apply for WMC without being bound by the Hilton membership fulfillment or charges if did not enrol for it.

Yes, you will need to enrol for it. Not everyone wants it, so cannot force everyone to have it.

Yes, HPC is not given automatically by defaut with the new WMC or VI and you need to apply for it. On the other hand, it will be automatically renewed the following year once you got it this year so be sure to cancel if you are not going to spend RM30k with this card in the following years.

no need voucher, install Apps and key in the code.

because at the end you still need to pay with ur am cc at counter.
