Anyway their system really sucks. I already collected my VI few days ago but only receive SMS today saying the card is approved & will be delivered within 1 week.

I have no problem for pin change. Today morning received temporary pin, and I managed changed the pin at subang terminal atm machine in the evevning..Maybe you can tried different atm machine..Shouldn't be technical problem...

I holding both cards too and total x4 Plaza Premium Lounge will be entitled as confirmed by CS, so far I have used x2 entry recently

During their update income document campaign
I sent them my epf statement
then recently received sms offer upgrade 2x from current limit
then I accept the offer
after they approved the new CL
I called in to request upgrade since CS told me min CL for vs is 30k
then yesterday got approved.

can use 5x PPL now
luckily yesterday did not walk in to aeon credit to apply aeon card
since need to swap 12x is not nice

May I ask is your income fulfill the requirement of VS ??

Or you requested to upgrade due to CL 30k as minimum for VS card ??

So CL method is working. I wonder how much is the CL for VI and WMC?
I foresee no issue for me to get a VI or/and WMC by early next year based on income or appeal like Lego's way before that. However, if the CL they are going to give for my VS is sufficient for VI and WMC then I'm more than happy to be upgraded.

manage to use Visa Signature for PPL access in Changi airport terminal 1 &
bring along the HSBC Visa Signature for my mom entries

do i take that to mean ppl changi also allow entry to someone not named in the card?...

i assumed it like that , perhaps only the staff allow to do so.

Lego said processing, mean approved or begin to process his application?

I called CS, and it's two separate limit for PPL access.
I asked about the CL, she said CL method may not be possible for VI and WMC as they stick to income requirement. However, she will check and call me back tomorrow.
If you can get WMC, why still bother about VS?

Whatever it is, I should be able to qualify for VI and WMC in few months time or latest by Feb next year after I get my EA 2017. I foresee by Jan should be OK using payslip, I think I should have another round of salary increment that time.
That said I'm OK to stick VS for now since my income can only qualify for it, will climb slowly until it allows.

you may try first the share with us with the cl method to vi/wmc

after i activate the vs
my master plat will be deactivated automatically right?

I don't think they will give me 50k CL.

No ah, why should deactivate it? It has no conflict with the Plat.
