1. My office lobby - Failed.
2. AmB branch - Machine 1 - Failed
Then I ask the counter. They called the hotline and they resend me another pin.

Anyway their system really sucks. I already collected my VI few days ago but only receive SMS today saying the card is approved & will be delivered within 1 week.
