First of all you need to know what kind of lights you have on your Kelisa. The ones that come on with your signal is called cornering lights. They are not fog lights. They are meant to help you light up the curb as you are cornering, hence only come on when you use your signal light to take a corner. They are not much use as anything else and not bright enough for you to use as fog lights. You can install a relay to override it but that would just be a waste of money and energy.1st, about the fog light of my kelisa. As for spotlights, that's about the usual cost of installation. You can't expect it to be any cheaper and of course you can diy if you are a mechanical engineer with some knowledge in electronic.
