Ive just read the MSR league rules and Regulations:

Well, i hope admin can some points in the regulations with the use of Bold feature. This will help other to keep in mind that the point is very important.

Anyway, good rules and regulation. Cuma i think license categories tu leh kurangkan skit kot. My suggetion:

C = Beginner - Newcomer
B = Intermediate - Good at some Circuit
A = Advanced - Good and Consistent
S = Super License - Excellent and most Front Runners
